Dailymotion - Calgon advert - a Film & TV video

Saw ‘em last night - nice & tight sound, very landscapey, a tad derivative but OK. I often wonder when bands like this drench themselves in effects, why they don’t get a tad more creative with the tunes - almost like they rely on the effects.

Good catch up with @lpmorgado we have a few plans hatched in under an hour. Nice pint of Pure Ubu ale too, thanks to the station pub.
Woohoo! off to Exit Calm @ at the Victoria tonight, thanks wife and @Jase_Evans

All the chat of sernedipty reminded me of this….

Synchronicity is the experience of two or more events which are causally unrelated occurring together in a meaningful manner. In order to count as synchronicity, the events should be unlikely to occur together by chance. The concept does not question, or compete with, the notion of causality. Instead, it maintains that just as events may be grouped by cause, they may also be grouped by their meaning. Since meaning is a complex mental construction, subject to conscious and subconscious influence, not every correlation in the grouping of events by meaning needs to have an explanation in terms of cause and effect.
